Look guys, I'm putting the description of the skill (when cast) on both the Skill page AND the Skill Book page, because some users might get confused that there are two pages and also, it just makes sense. If you have been changing it, please dont. We don't need it to say "unlocks skill blah level blah" twice on the page. Thankies.
